MINDFULNESS SUPPORT SESSIONS
- Dates: 16th, 23rd, 30th October and 6th November 2019 (Wednesdays)
- Time: 10.30am to 12pm (catch up from 9.30am for any new ladies – please book)
- Venue: Heretaunga Women’s Centre (for ladies only sorry)
- Cost: Koha to centre and $5 to Elisha for resources
These support sessions are a follow on from term 3’s empowering mindfulness workshops. New ladies are welcome. Each week we will sit quietly with a different type of meditation first, after which we will informally chat about our mindfulness, positive journeys, then get our creative juices flowing making something positive and special for ourselves.
NOTE: Last term the workshops covered mindfulness, how our brain affects our body when in stress mode, and how meditation and mindfulness can help us live a happier life. To catch up, feel free to make a time with Elisha at 9.30am to 10.30am prior to each term 4 workshops.
